I decided that I am going to take the weekends off from the diet, so I backtracked in my progress a bit.
5/17 - Pre-diet Weight - 169.0
Today's Weight - 162.4 pounds
Weekend's Weight Gain - +3.2 pounds
Total Weight Loss - 6.6 pounds
