Hello from Denmark everyone! Miguel and I arrived safely this morning at approx. 7:00 AM local time (about 12:00 AM Texas time). Although the flight wasn't bad, neither one of us got much sleep. We just woke up from a short nap, and plan on walking into town soon.
I was amazed when it was after 8:00 AM and the sun hadn't risen yet! I was reading about that, and I learned that Denmark has really short winter days...sun up after 8:00 AM and sunset shortly after 4:00 PM.
I will keep my blog updated as frequently as I can while we are here, but for now I must go. I am hungry!
